How long does it take to personalise a laptop to my own colour? If you take a standard colour typical shipping times are 3 days. If you want something extra special and completely personalised we typically take 10 days from order to shipment. 
Do you stock all items? All laptops are stocked as are all parts such as DVD drives, extra memory etc.
What Documentation is included? All addon extras come with a complete set of PDF manuals.
Can I pick my laptop up? You're most welcome to visit us anytime and on the day its ready we would be more than happy for you to collect. We are also open Saturdays and Sundays.
